Built by a property business that needed it first

Who we are

Jonathan8 Property Group works in property every day — sales, listings, buyers, owners and tenants. Like most businesses, we ran on a patchwork of forms, inboxes, calendars and spreadsheets, and enquiries fell through the gaps.

Jonathan8 AI is the platform we built to fix that: one system for contacts, conversations, bookings and follow-up, with AI assistance where it genuinely helps. It's built on established CRM technology, configured and supported by our Perth team, and offered to other businesses that run on enquiries and appointments.

We aim to be straight about what the platform does and doesn't do. It organises the attention you earn — it doesn't create demand on its own.
