These terms govern your use of the Jonathan8 AI website and platform, operated by Nicole Consultancy Pty Ltd T/A Jonathan8 Property Group, ABN 47 625 736 781 ("we", "us"). By using the website or platform you agree to these terms.

Jonathan8 AI is a customer relationship management and marketing platform. Features vary by plan and may change over time. Content on this website is general information about software tools only — it is not legal, financial, tax or credit advice.

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

You must use the platform lawfully. In particular, you are responsible for:

• Complying with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) — only sending commercial messages to people who have consented, with working unsubscribe.
• Complying with the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth) when making marketing calls.
• Having a lawful basis to store and contact the people in your account.

AI features (including Evie AI) disclose to people that they are interacting with an AI. Calls are only recorded where consent has been obtained. AI-generated content can be imperfect — you are responsible for reviewing what is sent on your behalf.

Plans, setup fees and billing are set out in our Subscription Terms. Communications usage (SMS, voice minutes and AI usage) is billed separately at published rates.

We own the platform and its branding. You own your data and the content you add. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the platform before they take effect.
