Cancellation Policy

Email support@jonathan8.com from the email address on your account, telling us you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm in writing when your cancellation is processed.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and no further subscription payments are taken.

We don't refund partial billing periods. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once your account setup has been delivered. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Communications usage (SMS, voice minutes and AI usage) incurred before cancellation remains payable at the published rates.

Your contacts and records are yours. You can export your data at any time, including before and after cancellation. After your account closes we retain data only as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
