This policy covers Nicole Consultancy Pty Ltd T/A Jonathan8 Property Group, ABN 47 625 736 781, operating the Jonathan8 AI website and platform from Perth, Western Australia.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

• Account and usage information when you use the platform.
• Website analytics — only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

To respond to enquiries, set up and run your trial or account, provide support, and improve the platform. We don't sell personal information.

We only send marketing messages with your consent, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Consent checkboxes on our forms are unticked by default, and every marketing message includes a working unsubscribe.

Where AI features are used, people are told they're interacting with an AI. Calls are only recorded where consent has been obtained. We are mindful of obligations under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth) for marketing calls.

We use service providers to host and operate the platform. Some providers may process data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

Access to the platform is protected by individual logins and permissions. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can export your contacts and key data from the platform at any time.

If you believe we've breached your privacy, contact us first and we'll respond. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
