Subscription Terms

Jonathan8 AI is offered on monthly or yearly plans, billed in advance. Yearly billing attracts a discount off the monthly rate, shown on the Pricing page. Current published prices are proposed and subject to confirmation before launch.

A one-time setup fee applies per account and covers initial configuration of your account.

Communications usage — SMS, voice minutes and AI usage — is billed separately at published rates. No plan includes unlimited messaging, telephony or AI. Usage charges are additional to your plan fee.

Trials are set up by our team and run for 72 hours unless we agree otherwise in writing. No payment details are taken up front. A trial converts to a paid subscription only when you choose a plan and complete signup — never automatically.

If plan prices or usage rates change, we'll give you written notice before the change applies to your next billing period.

Accounts move through these states: trial, active, past due, cancelled and suspended. If a payment fails we'll notify you and allow time to fix it before an account becomes past due or suspended.

You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. See the Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and what happens to your data.
